Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Madman. We strive to provide high-quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, you can find our contractual cancellation policy and our return and refund policy here.

1. Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. We cannot accept returns of the following items:

  • Underwear: For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.
  • Socks: Can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process a refund. All returned items will be carefully inspected.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns. However, please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us through our Contact Page and provide evidence (such as photographs) of the damage. If the evidence is valid, we will issue a prepaid return label for you to send the item back. After a careful review, if the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will refund you the full amount you paid.

 

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
