Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 99€ inside of the EU via DHL. Delivery typically takes 3-4 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination within the EU.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Restrictions

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Ensure you provide a complete and accurate street address to avoid any delays or issues with your delivery.
